Thousands of people, especially farmers and daily laborers, are suffering from kidney failure due to contaminated drinking water, poor nutrition, and lack of medical awareness. 🔴 Over 4,500+ kidney failure deaths reported in recent years! 🔴 Villages severely affected : Uddanam, Kaviti, Kanchili, Palasa, Sompeta, etc. 🔴 Lack of proper dialysis centers & medical support. 👉 What We Are Doing: ✅ Organizing free medical check-ups & health camps ✅ Providing awareness programs about CKD prevention ✅ Working with experts to improve water quality & sanitation
